Ingredients

• 500ml Millac Gold
• 500ml mascarpone
• 100g shaved chocolate
• 500g coffee sponge (strong)
• Icing sugar
• 10g chocolate mint
• 10g fresh raspberries

Method

Mix the Millac Gold and mascarpone together and scoop onto the plate

Top with a little shaved chocolate

Place the coffee sponge on the plate and dust with icing sugar

Garnish the plate with raspberries and chocolate mint
